Ndakinna Education Center Abenaki Language Remote Learning Classes:
Beginner’s Guide to Abenaki
During our Beginner’s Guide to Abenaki, students will learn to confidently construct their own basic sentences based on carefully selected models. Each class will begin with a single key word that students will then learn more of the language off of. Special focus will be given on the imperative form, as well as the incorporation of adjectives and adverbs. Classes will include games, songs, group activities, and lesson specific worksheets.
This is a 4 week course taking place April 5th to the 27th at 6-8pm on Monday, 10 am to 12 pm Tuesday, and an open community game night and review period from 6-8pm on Sunday evenings. The class will include a Certificate of Completion for students, and is recommended for anyone wishing to continue on to our Intermediate Course.
Minimum 10 person class, maximum 25.
